We have been together for 10 years. We love to travel together. We got engaged in Santorini Greece in May 2015 and just eloped in Joshua Tree California in May 2016!
Alyssa: I stress about making everyday a memorable one ..and about what I will wear tomorrow. Then yoga calms me down and keeps me present!
Brett studied mechanical engineering. He is bit of a computer nerd. If you speak Star Wars, Dragon Ball Z or The Wheel of Time he will be your best friend.
We are from a small town, but now live just outside of Toronto.
We like to go out for beers and coffee, but also love staying in playing board games!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Love to learn from each person we meet and hearing life stories.
We backpacked Europe for a month in 2011, and another 5 weeks in 2015, did a lot of couch surfing, and it was more then we could ever have asked for! SO many great hosts during our trips to Europe, the experience would not have been the same without them. Pubs and homemade dinners in Liverpool, drinks and walks in Brussels, ice cream and beach days in Rome, and long chats and guitar circles over wine in Paris. Cooking in Athens and 10km hike in Germany.
We have had a number of surfers on our couch now, it is a great feeling to give back and share your world......and scare our friends by having couch surfers call and yell at them in German.
