My name is Ilker Geron. I've studied Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture and have been working since my graduation. Using my engineering skills, I've worked in many different business sectors with a variety of job titles, thus have developed good adaptation skills, quick learning and a wide knowledge of manufacturing and sales processes (steel production, piping, diesel and oil certification and quality etc.).

Since my undergraduate education, I have traveled over three continents and around fifteen countries including New Zealand, Austria, Mauritania, etc. for both occupational and vocational reasons. I have a strong interest in travelling and ethnic music, as well as the musical instruments. These journeys have cultivated my motivation in learning new cultures and meeting new people which in return helped me to develop decent communication skills.
