Originally from Los Angeles California I moved to Miami in 2007 after the financial crisis. Having worked in lending with Bank of America for about 15 years, after reading Tim Ferris’s famous “Four hour work week,” took a few years after travel and learn Spanish and explore, ultimately settled in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and started an Airbnb vacation rental business there and have hosted travelers since 2012.
