ABOUT ME

I am a 22 year old Canadian female. I am traveling and working across South East Asia and Australia. Currently I am really interested in practicing yoga daily, learning to play the acoustic guitar and experiencing new cultures and traditions whilst on my travels.

I started my travels in January 2014 on the note of not returning "home" (Canada) for a long while! Embracing foreign cultures, people and places is the most exciting and fulfilling thing I can do for myself! So far I've been to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Germany, England, France, Netherlands, America, and Maldives and currently in Australia!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to surf for the first time in Thailand, I spent about 3 months there and wanted to try something new! I was living from hostel to hostel and a friend suggested for me to couch surf so I gave it a go. I had the most amazing hosts in Thailand. Welcoming and humble people! I've couchsurfed in Thailand and Australia so far, and intend to host when I decide to settle down! Couchsurfing is a great community, and every time you walk into someones home you walk into a new adventure, experience and opportunity!
