About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Bringing the motherfucking ruckus. It's a figurative ruckus though, I'm a tidy houseguest.
ABOUT ME
I am an intrepid explorer. Nothing keeps me awake at night, I sleep like the biggest and sleepiest of rocks. I never snore. I rarely snore. I need variety in all facets of my life – I proudly have no routine, unless I'm trying it for a change. I love meeting people, and learning from people
PHILOSOPHY
Still figuring it out. Trying to find home still, if you feel me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None... but I hope to get involved quickly.
Interests
I love playing music – I play guitar and bass, and I'm learning some drums. I need Bob Dylan, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Erykah Badu, and Gorillaz, and Curtis Mayfield, and Neil Young, Bon Iver. The music that I try to make lies somewhere in the epicenter of those sounds. I like to read and write, I'm hoping to try to get some short stories published someday soon. Vladimir Nabokov is a G. I like newspapers. I grew up playing a lot of sports, and still need some physical activity in my diet. I'm like a golden retriever in that way. I recently went through a rock climbing phase, that was great, I'm hoping to get back to that soon. I have a soft spot for Woody Allen and Wes Anderson movies. I love food, and cooking, and eat and drink all things that are good. I'm interested in languages – it frustrates me that I'm pretty limited to English. I've studied a bunch for different periods, but for one reason or another I stop for a while and my ability atrophies considerably. I want to speak everything. I love to drive. I love dogs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The sky from an island in Lake Huron, Canada. Oof. So big. And colorful. And at night, when there are no clouds, the stars are so dense the sky is like a cobweb.
I graduated from college too, by golly that was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well. I have years of experience moving furniture. So I can tell you that it is sometimes easier to move a couch through a doorway if you first remove its feet, thus decreasing its overall height. And if you're moving it around corners or banisters, keep the part of the couch where you sit (the "negative space" in movingspeak) to the inside, nearest the corner/banister. Sometimes, this can afford a few precious inches of wiggle room.
Also, try not to half-fill boxes, if you can avoid it. They're annoying to stack.
