ABOUT ME

All about me? Where to start. I grew up in Brussels, which I miss. But now I am here and I enjoy it. I like Copenhagen, but i miss speaking French and meeting new international people. That's why I joined CouchSurfing. It's a economical way of travelling, nice to be able to help a surfer and just cool to meet new people and speak some English.
I also enjoy hanging at a café or a bar after a day at university with friends and family, and in my free time I try to get out, walk and breath in the fresh air.

PHILOSOPHY

This is hard. I must say I am an introvert person, meaning that I enjoy me-time and speaking to people in small groups. But when I am with new and more people it challenges me and I like it, and that is the most important! I love to meet new people and spend time with them, to hear their stories and learn new things about the world.

So philosophy? To try an enjoy all the interesting and crazy things going on out there?! To travel and experience?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had a lot of experience with hosting at CouchSurfing, but when I travel I use it very often. It is simply yhe best way to get to know the local environment :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just recently I was able to experience one of the Trans-Siberian Railway lines from Irkutsk, Eastern Russia to Pyatigorsk, Southern Russia. It took 5 days in a small kupé with screaming children, big old women and the smell of sweat, soup and pee... Yeah, it was an amazing thing :D
