ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people and becoming friends with them. I also enjoy exploring new places and finding hidden treasures I never knew existed. I love geocaching. www.geocaching.com.

I love to play board games, cards, reading and talking. Cooking for a group is one thing I throughly enjoy doing, as well as, trying new types of food.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosphy is to try and make a difference in someone's life every day. This has been my New Year's Resolution for the past 5 years. It's one that I hardly ever break, even if it means that I accomplished it just by smiling at a stranger.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted and couch surfed. I love it. Filling my home with laughter is one thing I throughly enjoy. I enjoy getting to know others from all different walks of life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a wonderful experience with Brenda in North Carolina. She was an amazing hostess and made my son and I feel right at home.

Interests

My interests once again are making new friends, learning about different cultures, listening to people's stories (cuz everyone has one), geo-caching, hosting parties, reading, hiking, spending time with family and friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my proudest accomplishments is raising my six children. We called ourselves "The Adventurer's" when they were young and traveled extensively throughout the Western United States. We learned to take side roads and find hidden treasures, to not get upset when plans didn't turn out the way we thought they would, to enjoy the simplicity of picnics and playing in streams as well as the wonderment of the Rocky Mountains.
