As I can't offer a couch at this moment, I can show you the city and give you some useful tips about it.

I surfed John's couch in Amsterdam with a friend of mine in July '07. Extremely positive experience. Surfed and hosted bunch of people. Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Indonesia (Bali, Sumatra, Java), Singapore...

My great wish is to sail across the Atlantic. I know that one day this will come true. Anyone planning that ;)?
As I'm a sailer and skiier, I can teach somebody how to sail or ski. The problem is, for that you need sea/sailing boat and snow/mountain (if someone has couch there - count me in ;)).
