I am an introverted individual who is hoping to stretch himself by traveling around for a year starting in 2010. I have a hard time meeting people and hope this site allows me to overcome that.

Music, Movies, and Books

I will watch anything. I love classic movies and current movies. I recently finished a goal of watching all of the IMDB's top 250 movies and the American Film's Institute top 100 films. Movies I can watch over and over - The Princess Bride, The Big Lebowski, Singin' in the Rain.
I am currently reading the BBC Big Read 200 and have been exposed to some great literature. Atlas Shrugged, The Little Prince, Perfume, All Quiet on the Western Front and East of Eden and Death Comes for the Archbishop have been some favorites.
Music - not a big music person but I will listen to anything. Mainly a fan of classic rock though - Beatles, Allman Brothers, Tom Petty, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving has got to be the coolest thing I have ever done. Took a tandem jump at a skydiving center here in GA. Exhilarating experience.
