We are in love with the world and the people in it. We enjoy cooking good food, eating good food, drinking good drinks, enjoying good company and good music... There is so much... We love people and we are very outgoing, loud, unique, caring, honest, in love with each other the world and life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We would like to host more, and we will when we have the opportunity. Emily is in graduate school and sometimes it can be a little much to host others while working and being in school.

We are about to surf through Emily's hometown, St. Louis. We are excited!

Interests

People and music grab our attention. Emily is a graduate student in psychology, and spends a lot of time reading and doing school stuff. We spend a lot of time going to places we have never been, trying beers we have never tried, trying food we have never eaten, seeing bands we have never seen, seeing bands that we love, and being around fabulous people that make our everyday more beautiful than the day before.

Music: Emily's heart is in Heavy Metal and Classic Rock, but we also love all kinds of music as long as it has heart and there are musicians creating it. Some things include... Pantera, Radiohead, Modest Mouse, NIN, Celtic Frost, System of a Down, Perfect Circle, Tool, Puscifer, Portishead, David Bowie, Billy Idol, Massive Attack, Florence and the Machine, Bon Iver, M. Ward, this list could also go on forever...

Books: Emily reads a lot of textbooks, and can't remember the last time she read a book for fun. :(

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing St. Louis through the eyes of someone who has never been there before was amazing!!! I loved being a tourist in my own town.

Teach, Learn, Share

We want to learn about everyone and everything... knowledge for knowledge's sake!!! We want to help others understand that it is okay to be who you are and be happy with it. We want to teach people about how wonderful everyday can be if they just stop stressing out about things. Life is much better if you don't take it seriously.
