Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me traveling is not so much about taking a picture in front of the Eiffel tower and seeing the touristic places, but more about making the culture a part of you, getting to know how people live and think.
I like couchsurfing because it gives you the opportunity to not only meet new people, but to meet people that can give you a local experience. They can teach you a lot about their life perspective, religion, food, music, and all the other things that are valuable and singular about their country and culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love all kinds of movies but I mostly watch thrillers and romantic comedies (depending on my mood and company)
I like lots of different music, i'll study on indie rock and cook on Sinatra plus i'm always down for live music. The only music i'm not a fan of are rap, techno and electro. I'm a fan of voices that sound like a very manly beard.
I don't read so much because my studies make me read way too much already, but when I do, they're mostly self development/philosophical books (but I'm a scientist so nothing esoteric)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I shaved my head to give my hair to kids suffering from cancer (the « in between» period where the hair was growing back not so amazing tho)
