ABOUT ME

Welcome to my page!!! I'm relatively inexperienced with couchsurfing, but I'm really excited about this whole experience!
I LOVE to travel and only really started traveling about 5 years ago. Since then I have been to Italy, Spain, Brazil and Canada. I will be traveling through Asia with my husband for 2 months, and then will be venturing off on my own. This is our first time traveling together-yikes! I'm hoping we both come out of the experience alive! ;-)

My friends have described me as funny, clever, considerate and knowledgeable about a lot of useless information. I love meeting and learning about people. I have been known to drive people nuts by asking a ton of questions. I have found the best part of traveling is the people I meet.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to keep an open mind and not judge others who have different values/beliefs than my own; to continue learning and experiencing all that life has to offer and have as much fun as possible along the way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My husband (also couchsurfer-Andre Souza)love to host when we can, and also love to meet CSers, at home, or when we travel!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted many people at this point, and have had nothing but great experiences! I truly enjoy showing people around Pittsburgh because many people don't understand just how amazing this city is.
I've had limited expereince staying with people, but I would like that to change! I know I could be a fabulous guest because I've had plenty of my own and have learned from them!

兴趣

Spending time with friends, meeting new people, and trying new things. I especially enjoy going out to listen to music, hiking, kayaking, swimming and basically anything new. There are very few things I won't try at least once. I'm also slightly addicted to The Office, 30 Rock and just about anything I can watch on Netflix. Oh! And I like to read as well.

I enjoy all types of music including Rock, Techno, and Christian. People think it's weird, but it's the truth!

I'm told I have terrible taste in movies, so I don't really want to disclose them to you for fear that you will judge me, but you could pretty much say I like inspirational and feel good movies.

The ocean-each time I see it, I am amazed. Amazing thing I've done? Jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

I could try to help with learning English, or a little about the American culture. I love to show people around Pittsburgh and all it has to offer. I can also try to teach you to juggle, but I can't make any guarantees.
