ABOUT ME

They would say that I am a fun easy going guy. I am someone who enjoys laughter and adventure, but I also enjoy deep conversations as well. I love going to concerts (especially small venues). I enjoy rock climbing and hiking. I love trying different foods and beers. The majority of time that you see me, I am either laughing or smiling.

PHILOSOPHY

I am all about making the most of life. Even in the most stressful situations, I tend to always look at the positives rather than the negatives. I believe that life is truly a gift and I tend to make the most of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just trying out this couch surfing business, but I heard great things about it through my friends and I have yet to hear one bad experience about couch surfing. I am excited to try it out and meet some chill people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went on a backpacking trip through europe in 2012 with two of my best buds and experienced couchsurfing for the first time. We met a couple of amazing people that made us feel right at home. We got to exchange stories, talk about culture and even a casual dance battle! The experience has only fueled my desire to continue to travel and meet really awesome people.

Interests

I also enjoying trying new things and exploring new places. During my leisure time, I stay very active by playing soccer, rock climbing, and trying to make as many road trips as possible. I also dig just hanging out with friends and having an intense round of ping pong. I like going out to different micro-brews and trying different beers with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all kinds of music, but I really like Folk(Sufjan Stevens), indie(Band of Horses), oldies (The Harptones), and more. My top movies are Garden state, forest gump, city of god, Ace Venture (when nature calls), and pretty much any movie that makes me laugh or gives me a new perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One moment would have to be when I rock climbed in Arizona for the first time. I remember being so amazed by the fields of boulders. Another time would have to be when I road tripped from Virgina to California. It was so amazing to see the different landscapes and to see people living differently from state to state.
