ABOUT ME

I'm a traveler, counselor, writer, activist....I feel most at home when I'm on the move. I started using CouchSurfing when I lived in a village in the Jordan Valley (Palestine), and hosting people there was one of the most interesting and fulfilling things I've ever done. I met fellow travelers from all over the world who wanted to understand a misunderstood part of the world, and those people will always give me hope.

I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for five years, working, learning, volunteering, attending festivals...my interests are in community-building, harm reduction, and healing trauma and addiction. I hope to be a licensed psychologist and/or mediator in the near future.

I used to host a lot, and now I plan to CouchSurf a bit in Europe! I'd love to get involved in community events when I get back to the Bay.
