About Me
Exploring new places and meeting fellow citizens of the world to share our stories and experiences is what I really enjoy. Playing sports: football, tennis, ping-pong, a little bit of tv and an odd movie with good food sum me up.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To share my travel and life experiences with fellow Couch Surfers and to be able to contribute to their travel experience in any way possible. Life is short, making friends, sharing a meal and a travel story is one way of making good use of time.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Sufi songs by Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Abida Parveen, Junoon. Electronic music by Akcent, Edward Maya, and some pop music.
Books: Seven Years in Tibet, Marco Polo The Travels, The Travels Ibn Battuta (Rihla), Anton Chekhov's Short Stories.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Deosai Plateau, view of the Old Silk Road, Rakaposhi and Nanga Parbat peaks are a few of the most memorizing places that I have visited. So to accomplish all the above: Drove up from Lahore to Hunza Valley and Skardu (crazy, tight gravel road, full of rockfall) and then thru Astore and The Deosai Plateau -with a Honda City, this is a jeep track by any strech of imagination- and then to Juglote and finally Naran thru to Lahore (2,667km).
Teach, Learn, Share
Pick up your bag and travel...the rest is a fantastic story (hopefully) in the making...
What I Can Share with Hosts
A warm meal, sheesha and/or cigar, city tour, my travel stories (a couple of close escapes that were part of my travel) and of course a double espresso macchiato.
