I'm Moe from Wadern, Germany, currently living in Mainz.

My fiance Kira is a singer, a musical artist from the bottom of her soul. She has the most beautiful singing voice, plays the acoustic guitar and the piano and writes her own songs and performs them on stage. She loves everything about music, she is becoming an actress for musicals at the moment adding dancing and acting to her repertoire. She is very artsy, loves nature and plants more than anything but singing and has painted or crafted most of her furniture herself. Other than that she likes food and cooking, travelling and hiking or strolling through the forest, writing her own instruction books for singing, plants and much more, meditation and much more than I could describe here.

I grew up in a small village surrounded by fields and forest. After school I decided to take a break and go to Canada for a year, where i discovered couchsurfing in 2015.
Together with Kira I was finally able to start hosting in 2022.
I also got to make some interesting experiences in Thailand and Laos through couchsurfing in 2023.
I just finished my studies in Mainz, Master of Education in Sports and Chemistry. I'm sporty, i love music, food and nature, and i'm the singer of the metalcore band "Failed Star".
I 'm very extroverted, and I like to talk and laugh a lot about almost every possible topic.
Lately, my only hobbies beside working for my Graduation are my band and the gym.

On our trip to egypt a few years ago we both got the open water scuba diving license and it was amazing!

10 years on couchsurfing already, that's crazy!

I did a year of work and travel in Canada, I surfed a few times there and it was great - so now that I'm back home I would like to give something back.

Kira loves tinkering, painting furniture, singing, playing the guitar, piano and handpan, going to musicals and strolling around in nature. She handcrafts beautiful things with what she finds there.

I love many kinds of sport (Recently mostly bodybuilding, trail-running, biking, soccer, volleyball, diving, Snowboarding, cliff-jumping, ...), I sing in two Metalcore Bands, I like visiting concerts and festivals, food, cooking, gaming (mainly RPG's), beer, reading, watching series, food, medieval markets, dancing (for fun, not professional), video editing, travelling and so on..

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music is my life, meaning i'm visiting a lot of concerts and festivals here in Germany. I'm also in two metalbands, i'm the shouter, so that guy making the noise. If anyone is interested just search for "Way To Paradise Band" or "Failed Star Band"

I listen to really specific genres of music - e.g. my favorite genre is "Djent", but I'm open for everything. I don't like the casual radio stuff, i enjoy listening to sophisticated music , music with guitars but also electronic music. Metal, Electronic Music (escpecially DnB and Dubstep), Raggae, Rap, Indie, Math, whatever - Show me what you like :)

If i have to think of my favorite i would probably say Avatar, but there are tons of movies I liked. And generally i prefer series. My favorite is Supernatural, but i'm also watching loads more.

When it comes to Books.. Preferably fantasy - my favs are the bookseries about Tolkien's creatures, for example The Dwarves by Markus Heitz and The Elves by Bernhard Hennen. I should read more again..
