One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

lived completely alone without electricity in a mud hut in a far away mexican forest for half a year, working on my first noveldanced around a fire at a traditional moroccan wedding in the atlas mountainsslept outside under the stars in the desert of rajasthan in india for two monthswalked halfway across switzerland from zurich to neuchatel sleeping in haystacks along the waycamped at 4500 meters, keeping warm at fires made of kerosene and donkeyshitcooked swiss cheese fondues on mountaintops, in forests and on top of a towerwas arrested at the airport in paris for accidentaly hurrying past the passport control because i was late for my flight to india. i eventually missed that flight.hitchhiked over the worlds second highest mountain pass in an indian truckcaught a whole scoop of ice cream flying across the room with my mouth and swallowed it in one gulp in croatia
