I am 25 years old, I work as a solar energy engineer living in Cairo, Egypt.
I like fun and outgoing people, i like joking around. And I get a long quickly with people who laugh and make me laugh.
I love traveling and there's a part of me that is always dreaming to travel the world and will not rest until it happens someday. Meanwhile, I try to partially fulfill this dream by traveling when I get a chance and have some money. I still have so much on my bucket list!

I love meeting different people and get very excited about hearing stories from different backgrounds.
I am interested in human history, cultures, religions, human societies and how they operate change. I also follow international affairs and global matters to stay aware of what's happening around, in economy, politics, climate change, difficulties people face in different, Mo Salah etc :D.
I am a flexible person that adapts to different situations and accepts differences between people. I respect people's house rules.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be honest, sometimes I prefer hostels when I have little time to spend in a city.
However, I am here because when I visit a new country, I want to meet people from this country, I want to get in touch with local people who will give me the real cultural, the history, the struggles, the hopes, the future.
The scent/memory of a country is never complete if you don't actually understand the humans who built it for thousands of years.
Also, to know about the authentic/genuine places and things that only local people can know about. I am looking for making new friends from all around the world.

Interests

I am not an adventurous person by nature, i get afraid and i want to plan everything.. but i always try to challenge and conquer this.
In addition, I like to tour around and look at the architecture. I like analysing the society and understanding the history of the society and the forming of social classes. I am interested in how the powers that shape the world are affecting your everyday life and you think it doesn't because it is happening far away, but it is not.
This might make me look like a serious person, but I am actually not. Even when it's serious, I find that sarcasm and jokes always make everything better.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 1.5 months living (without electricity) and working in an off-grid village in Zambia where my work enabled the locals to have electricity for the first time, and it's fully renewable!
( it was really hot haha)
