My name is Roni. I am the founder of my informal institution, "learning village" I built this institution 11 years ago. The institution concerns on community based education. The institution builds 3 sub institutions, which are different in focus. Such as in English improvement program, computer networking and school subjects. While the students are learning those skills I enclose some moral values, cooperation, conservation awareness, charity, tolerance awareness and many more. It's located on suburb of Sidoarjo, one of small cities in East Java. Besides, I provide some extracurricular programs as they interest, like photography, theater, journalistic, writing, nature club, traditional dance, art and many more. It isn’t profit oriented institution. For the poor and the orphans they are learning without any payments at all. I have various students here. Start from kindergarten until university level students or professionals. They are charming, helpful and kind. I love them very much.

I love teaching, learning, sharing and travelling. About ten years I have been conducting those activities. Teaching students is the most prior one to help my nation prepare good generation to build Indonesia better. Borderless learning isn't limited by time, place and person. I can learn something good from everyone and everything wherever I am . Sharing knowledge, experience, help and everything to everyone can make our life is so meaningful. By travelling we can know how various people we meet and how beautiful the nature is.

You can feel different atmosphere whilst living with us. You will have an air conditioned bedroom, 3 healthy meals a day, and free Wi-Fi all day. We accommodate vegetarian diets as well. Besides, we'll serve you many traditional food. Smoking and consuming alcohol are prohibited in our village, especially in School Area. Besides you can learn the real Javanese and Indonesian culture in our neigborhood. Occassionally we invite the volunteers to take a part in national holidays, cultural events etc.
