I started Couchsurfing when i was a volunteer in China. During my travel time I met a lot of amazing people on this platform. I think that you can inly enjoy a country with its people. Thats why Couchsurfing is an amazing idea to connect cultures and people. It avoids superficial tourism and supports the emotional experience

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I hiked in the mountians of Nujiang, Yunnan for three days and enjoyed a 5000 m high view on the valley. On my way a met some tibetans farmers, who guard their yaks in the middle of nowhere. I slept in their small cold hut and it was really hard to communicate. Just amazing how people live in the nature their whole life isolated from civilization. I loved their spirit and the fresh yak butter tea:)
