I'm an opeminded and kind person, and I love meeting new people, having long conversations, seeing new places, and making art, music or food. I hope to repay some of the amazing generosity that has been shown to me on this site!
Every summer I live on Jeju Island, South Korea to work on a 'talking dictionary' of the indigenous language here for language learners to use. Now I'm on the island to stay for a while.

I've had some wonderful and interesting experiences couchsurfing. To me there is really no way to grasp another place without getting to know local people, and friends I've met here will always be dear to me.

Too many to count! I love art, yoga, bicycling, music, film, food, comedy, learning and travel. I never get tired of being in a new place, seeing an old friend, trying to make some kind of art or learn a new language.

There is nothing like the tranquility of Laos, just moments riding a bike around, and taking in the smells and the sights of temples, trees, street food.
