About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to get used to my new evey day live an LA and enjoy my time here as much as I can :D

ABOUT ME

Traveling, music, dancing, and cooking are the things I love most in live! I also enjoy it very much to spent time with friends and getting to know new people. One day I want to pack my bag and be gone for a long adventures journey around the world. Before I will start that mission I will have to finish my master’s degree and save some money of course  But while finishing my studies I try to travel and to enjoy live in general as much as I can. While traveling my friends often tell me that they like to have me over, because I am a really easy going guest. For example a friend once forgot to pic my up at the metro station in Valencia. No problem for me, I figured out the way to his place on my one and just saw it as another adventure and a way to get to know the city on my one. Besides that I am a huge fan of writing and receiving postcards, I would also call it my hobby. When it comes to music, I always like to get to know new bands and even listening to music in languages I don’t understand. I love to have music around me all the time and prefer self-made music with real instruments, like singer songwriters. y bag and be gone for new adventures. love travelling around and sharing my experience. I enjoy to listen music, dance and cook with some friends (and new people;).

PHILOSOPHY

"After every rainy day, there is always a sunny day!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven’t participate cousurfing in a long while, because unfortunately we didn’t had a living room to hosted people and I was mainly traveling to visit friends in foreign countries (which was also nice) but now I really want to go back and host some nice people and be hosted, because I will go to LA soon to do some research there for my master thesis. I am really looking forward to participate cousurfing again and meet some interesting and fun people! I can’t wait for that adventure!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started to make some cochsurfing experiences in Germany and Ireland. All my surfing experiences were very good. I´ve met some great people and got to know some great cities. I’m looking forward to make new exciting experiences.

Interests

Dancing, traveling, meeting different people, hiking, exploring all kinds of sports, movies, music, knitting, cooking and running. I love to run, I just started last year when I moved to a flat where all my flat mates run and they hand a good influence on me. Traveling is also one of my favorite things to do, as well as meeting new people and learn from them. Music is one of my passions, I love singer songwriter and all kinds of music you can dance to and enjoy live. I even started to learn to play the guitar myself and hope to have the chance to continue that in LA. Knitting is also a new hobby I have and I love to knit warm heats for my friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I just did and saw recently were the “Fallas” the spring festival in Valencia, Spain. First of all Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to and secondly during the time of the Fallas the whole city is crazy! They build up all those very colorful and beautiful sculptures all over the city, so that it is like a treasure hunt for you to walk through the city and find all those nice sculptures and then there are fireworks all week long. At the end of the festival they burn down the sculptures and that is just spectacular. I recommend everybody to travel there once!
Another great experience I made in the desert of Israel. I went to a very nice hostel in Mizpe Ramon where I accidently got lost in the desert by night. I went there with some friends and we hiked around there – such an amazing and impressing nature there – when we got lost it was scary but also great, because there where soooo many stars above us and no sound at all around us. A once in a lifetime experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share and talk about music, my knowledge about the city I am living in and also the good experiences I have made so far while traveling. I could teach some German or how to take a proper nap, or how to cook spinach lasagne or other very delicious dishes. In exchange I would love to learn some basics of languages I don’t speak yet, or getting to know the cities I am traveling form a personal view of the person I am surfing with or of course exchange different recipes.
