ABOUT ME

I'm new to couch-surfing even though it's totally perfect for me. (Thanks for pushing me to sign up, Lyn.) I was laid off last year from what was once an amazing job. It's been a blessing as I've had the opportunities to explore my true calling. I worked on an herbal medicine farm for 10 weeks and lived in a yoga retreat center for 4 months. I am currently allowing what ever is next to surface. It's tougher than it sounds. =) Oh ya, I heart <3 emoticons.

PHILOSOPHY

Stop "should"ing on yourself! I constantly battle with what I "should" be doing instead of what I want, need or desire.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've slept in all sorts of places and spaces. I've met strangers and slept in their homes in a few hours time. I guess I have lots of old-school couch surfing experience, pre-internet. I'm the type of person that will talk to travelers and give them tips about my city. I'm the person you want to meet when lost!

Interests

I love nature, food, gardening, cooking, natural healing, yoga. I like a lot of things, I'm just being lazy with my profile. =)~

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm terrible at listing movies, music and books! Yikes! I love books that you miss when they're done. I'm the type that will know all the lyrics to a song but not know who sings it. I can never name people in movies. Wow, I'm really showing off my best qualities. But I do know a good book, movie or song when it comes my way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Witnessing my nieces being born. There is nothing cooler than seeing a new life enter the world.
