About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to taste of cinnamon and wanderlust.

ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing and adventurous, always looking to meet new people. I enjoy conversation, music and laughter... I was studying/living in Scotland when I made this profile, so I seem to be living in Aberdeen, Scotland. But I am actually back home in the USA living in South Carolina and studying to get my degree in International Trade & Spanish :)

PHILOSOPHY

I personally believe that a life full of experience and friends is the richest. I hope to continue to travel and learn about others and their views on the world. My philosophy is continuously being shaped by the people I meet and the places I go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite experiences abroad was when I went to the Sahara Desert in Morocco. We traveled through the desert in a small group of 4 with a local Bedouin nomad. At night, we slept in traditional Bedouin tents and rode camels over the dunes. We cooked tagine chicken over the fire and looked up at the endless stars. I have never seen a night's sky filled with so many stars. It was such an amazing and unique experience that I could never forget!

Another wonderful thing I've done is climb the Xunantunich ruins in Belize. I love anthropology and I've always been fascinated with ancient Mayan culture... so Xunantunich gave me an adrenaline rush mixed with a thrill of nerdiness that I just loved. The stairs were so steep and scary, but the view from the top was worth every terrorizing step up.
