Hi Everyone-

I have taken some time off from attending college (Northern Arizona University) in order to travel. I am originally from Boston. I travel constantly and study cultural anthropology, so the two go hand in hand. In the past 5 years I have found myself in France, Denmark, Australia, Malawi, and now Maui!

Books: I adore Edward Abbey for writers.

Movies: Moonrise Kingdom, Pulp Fiction, and Big Fish.

Music: Nearly everything. I love funk, pop-punk, 50's soul, ska, old-school hip-hop, and experimental. Ex: Sublime, Little Dragon, Nick Drake, MIA, Elvis, Louis Armstrong, Sonic Youth, The Ramones, and Lauryn Hill.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did field work in Malawi, Africa
I lived alone in a tribal village to study their indigenous religious practices : Gule Wamkulu.
