Current college student and newer couch surfer. I study neuroscience at Seattle University and spend most of my time reading scientific articles.

My true passion in life is working with people who have disabilities. I work in labs scanning the brains of people who have autism primarily, to study the origins and effects of the disorder. I am also hugely involved in an international organization called Best Buddies that works with people of all abilities (seriously google it, you won't regret it).

I am a beach bum who loves to travel and explore different people and cultures. I am looking for experiences, good people, and really really good food.
I love making music and dancing! With the right amount of alcohol I am actually a good dancer! Haha. I also love making art and taking pictures.

I am a nomad for the next 6 months so I will not be able to host anyone until the fall.

I'm really looking to listen to peoples stories and get experiences that I cant get anywhere else. I want to expand what I know about people as a whole and make a lot of new friends. I am looking for fun loving, interesting and outgoing people to stay with that I can remember for the rest of my life.
Currently going across Europe on my first solo backpacking trip!

Music: Huge rock n' roll fan and everything that came from it (Punk, punk rock, hardcore, ska). I'm also a huge reggae fan! Recently I have gotten into 1920s jazz and blues. I also shamelessly love Jimmy Buffet.

Movies: Lord of the Rings is my favorite movie series ever. I also love Midnight in Paris, Deadpool, The Big Lebowski, and the Surf's Up (a movie about surfing penguins).

Books: My favorite book is A Moveable Feast by Ernest Hemmingway. My favorite series is again Lord of the Rings. Recently because of school, I have not been able to do a lot of leisure reading and have mostly been reading scientific journals and studies relating to neuroscience (I find these just as riveting)

Teach: I know a lot about the brain, a lot about Lord of the Rings, I can make a mean pina colada, I know conversational french and can teach basic sign language

Learn: I want to learn whatever people deem important enough to teach me. I am an open mind ready to take in what people have to offer.

Share: I want to share a space, share a memory, and share these moments in time in which I can invite someone unexpected into my bubble of existence.

I have so many stories to tell and share with people who can share with me. I am looking to make long term friendships and hopefully be able to return the favor of hosting in beautiful California! I can also make a lot of fruity drinks ;)
