Favorite music artist/group: St. Vincent. Guilty pleasure: 2000s pop punk (to heal my teenage self)

Books: I like some of the self improvement genres like Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach and enjoy exploring broader psychological topics like The Body Keeps the Score, Internal Family Systems, & Divergent Mind. Just finished Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins. Trying to work my way through the fictional classics but stuck on some Ernest Hemingway novels.
