My boyfriend John and I have been backpacking for about the last five months. I was a preschool teacher and John worked at a software company in the United States before we quit our jobs and headed off on this adventure. We started in Europe and are now are working our way through some countries in Southeast Asia, and Japan. We have found that some of our most valuable moments on this trip have been during the times we have spent with people. We love learning about culture straight from a person who experiences it every day. John loves to cook, and I love helping him in the kitchen. We love eating, drinking, art, history, and trying anything new!
