I am just re-settling in the US after working overseas for four years. My parents are in Atlanta, so that is my temporary home base but I was in Venice, California for 8 years prior to moving overseas so that still feels like my American "home".

I usually choose hostels instead of hotels because I like to meet fellow travelers but hostels in the US are pricey!
