I'm currently a graduate student at the University of Michigan becoming an expert in paleobotany. I enjoy good food and good company. I'm a pretty private person so these profile things tend to be quite succinct.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a graduate student, I often get to travel however I usually end up travelling alone and perhaps miss out on things I would enjoy. Also, it's very lonely.

Interests

When travelling, I like to do things like grocery shopping and searching for local coffee. If I have the time and energy, I also like seeing art and nature, like botanical gardens and hiking trails.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help with sewing related things. My mother worked as a seamstress when I was growing up and it was one way to spend time with her. I'm also pretty good at cooking and baking, and house plant diagnostics.
