Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing. I just had my first CS experience in a small town in Sicily, Roccalumera, and it was wonderful! Hopefully I can start hosting soon. Come stay with me in Iowa :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My very first CouchSurfing experience was with two of my roommates in the spring of 2011. I enjoyed it very much and can't wait to surf more. I stayed with a wonderful guy from Roccalumera, a small town near Taormina in Sicily. He showed us around his gardens in the mountain and gave us great views of the village at night. The food was also wonderful and I will never forget our first night we had tons of different fish, some I had never had before. Cod, octopus, shrimp, and others I don't even remember the names of! So much good food and conversation!!!

Interests

I love animals, dogs and horses especially and just recently got certified to scuba dive. I want to do more diving in different places in the world, let me know if you have been somewhere incredible! Reading and writing are passions of mine and I have always wanted to learn to paint. Mainly I like having a good time which is easy if you are with the right people!

In Milan:
See the Duomo. Go inside and go to the top.
See the Last Supper at Santa Maria delle Grazie.
Go to La Scala to see an opera/ballet/concert or whatever.
Check out the Navigli and do an aperitivo there.
Go to the clubs!
