ABOUT ME

After just over 9 years in San Diego, I decided that with the absolutely absurd rent prices, I wanted to get to see a bit more of the country. I have been a plant lover for awhile now, and spent a year (20-21) working at a fruit tree nursery. I added an Intro to Sustainable Agriculture course at SDCC fall of 2021, which fanned the flames even further. I plan on spending the summer working on farms (and attending weddings) and learning as much as I can. Joining me is my dog Amy!

I also would like to add that believe that all humans deserve rights and dignity, regardless of any class status or orientation. I try to use my platform, however small, to prop up others whenever possible. Finally, billionaires should not exist.

I have never been in the position to host, unfortunately. However, I have come to value mutual aid and do my best to pay it forward in any way I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed my way from Rockford, IL to San Diego late January 2013. Stayed in Springfield, MO, Amarillo, TX, and Albuquerque, NM. A truly incredible experience. Ready to add to the list!

I have been pruning fruit trees for a few years now, and would be happy to share my knowledge in their care. I'll have my good tools with me as well so I can give a lesson. I have also had several years of improv training, so we could check out a show if there's a theater in town, and/or I can give you some insight into how it works and the immense benefit it has added to my life.
