About Me
Hey there,
about a year ago I finished school, worked and then went travelling instead of starting university right ahead.
My journey took me mainly to Australia and New Zealand, but I also got the chance to see Singapore and a small part of Malaysia.
Meeting new people, getting in contact with locals, being part of everyday life, seeing new places and doing some work were some of the main intentions for this journey. And they still are for all my upcoming trips in the future.
Besides travelling I’m really into dancing: in school dance was one of my classes and I also did my A-levels in dance, in the summer holidays I worked as a dancing instructor and I am thinking of continuing my training after this year. Sustainable Living and what changes can be made on a larger scale matters to me a lot, as well. Especially the traditional structure and set up of a city (as a big contributor to climate change) would need some smart and sustainable solutions to be the change that is needed right now and why I might continue my studies in this subject. But we'll see where this journey goes and how I could combine those big interests of mine.
Other than that I'm really into cooking, art and being outdoors.
I love organising and planning, no matter if it is a celebration or a trip around the world.
I like to be around people, eat good food and have good conversations.
I like to explore, go barefoot and dance randomly.
I am a mostly black dressed mini minimalist (= a small minimalist) and a genuine mate.
I am highly social but also need some time alone to recharge my batteries.
So as a host you don't have to arrange a lot
A meal, a walk, good conversations and tips is all I need
(and a couch where to spend the night on would also be nice) :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I registered at CS especially for my own journey to Australia and New Zealand to meet new people more easily and to get around and surround myself with locals. To see the really cool places and highlights and not just the touristy ones. But to start the cosmopolitan experience earlier we decided to also host people from all over the world.
And after some real good experiences and exchanges we realised that we love it and are now part of the beautiful CS community.
