Hey there!
I'm Mona, currently studying Global Project and Change Management in the Netherlands. Permaculture and the cultivation and preparation of good quality food as well as coffee, including the cultivation and processing but also roasting and brewing are a special interest and focus of mine. I especially enjoy making a good cup of coffee in the morning and preparing delicious food from scratch.

I am super excited to learn more about Permaculture, self-sufficiency and self-employment in the coffee sector as I hope to open a small little sustainable Café with my own produce in the future.

I also try to learn more and get new experiences through travelling and meeting new people which is why I also joined platforms like Couchsurfing to combine those two.
I hope to meet new wonderful people and exchange stories, goooood vibes (and food) :)
