Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have just joined but would like to meet people from other cultures, surf couches and host when possible

Not much experience but have heard a lot of great things about it and have finally joined.

Interests

We love food - eating it, cooking it, growing it, going out for meals having people over for meals....
We love photography we use film and digital cameras
Travelling...we would love to travel to every country and experience every culture in the world!
We love art, looking at it, making it...
We are interested in sword and knife making, sewing/textiles, Japanese arts, jewellery, robots, comics, toys and the list goes on....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't have just one! (and there are 2 of us..)
Feeding Humming Birds in Costa Rica - it was amazing having them buzz around you, darting around and being able to see them so close up!
Swimming with a Whale shark in the Philippines - theres nothing like swimming with a gentle giant it was such a mind blowing experience...
Tibet was amazing..It felt like being on top of the world....
