Hello, Monica here 37 Sicilian Plant based chef, based in Portugal. I finished the season here in the 🗻 n in Swiss, and I m ready for my bike trip around Swiss.

In Portugal, I have my roots, and I m work as plant based chef,most of my product come from my garden, I can definitely say that I m also a farmer... I have a gyspy Soul, and I love be in nature, craft, and museum.
I will cook for you, and share some funny story i exchanges of a shower and a sofa for sleep!!

Being alone, embracing silence and solitude. Making and eating yummy things. Discovering words in foreign languages that are untranslatable, yet universal. Amateur Walking everywhere (no better way to see the world). Laughing in uncomfortable situations. Believing in magic.
