Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and signed up for couchsurfing.com for this very reason. I have couchsurfed myself on two other occasions and found it very inspirational and helpful - especially since I, plus my travel companion Opal, was stranded in a new city (in Iceland) without anywhere to sleep! I would love to be of help to someone else in this kind of situation one day :-) But I have to pinpoint that I cannot have any more than 1 couchsurfing guest at a time. Also, I have two cats; Kali and Nils.
