I'm 21 and I love to travel (see list of countries I have visited for proof :P). I'm basically a complete geek - I'm studying physics at university and I love to play boardgames, watch way too much tv (on the internet) and see as much of the beautiful outdoors as possible. I'd say I'm pretty easy going and also pretty easy and quiet to live with (I'm definitely the kind of person who likes things to be neat).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've spent this year studying abroad at Trent University, ON, Canada and now I want to go and experience the rest of the country. I've got 5 months of summer holiday starting at the end of April so I feel like I'll have an opportunity to see a lot. Any recommendations of places to visit in North America are appreciated :). I've heard great things about couchsurfing from my brother who now lives in Brussels :).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Umm... hard decision to think of one, but definitely a highlight of my travels was going to Nordkapp, the mostly northerly point in mainland Europe (right at the top of Norway) and getting the opportunity to watch the sun not set there. It was beautiful.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know a lot of fun card games (and I love playing boardgames in general if you want to play any with me)... I guess I make pretty good conversation?
Having not had the opportunity to cook for a whole year (due to living in catered university accomodation), I'd be pretty excited/willing to cook some nice food for you - I love making up dishes for the hell of it. I'm excited about having a chance to relax as uni life has been somewhat hectic this year so I'll be pretty quiet - but if you want me to go out and have fun with you I'll be happy to. I don't drink alcohol.
