I was born in Rome and I grew up there, but a few years ago I dediced to move near Firenze, and I'm now attending university there. I'm an always-learning person, I really love to experience new things and fall in love with everything!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to experiment different types of music. There are a few genres that I got tired of because I used to listen to them so much in my teen years, but I usually listen to anything. I have a passion for Japanese traditional music and the one from Showa.
Currently in love with Sakanaction, always loving Shiina Ringo and Tokyo Jihen.

I used to read lots of novels, but now I usually read about topics that I want to know more about because I'm interested into it. I use reading as a way to learn and even though I find it relaxing to read just for pleasure, my real pleasure is to feel closer to what I'm attracted to.

My taste changes from time to time as I experiment, I currently love old Japanese movies, Yasujiro Ozu is one of my favorites film makers. I don't watch lots of movies by the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Starting over again in a place where I knew nothing and no one at the age of 18 years old, that made me appreaciate myself and the people around me a lot more.
I went to Japan alone for almost 2 months and I've traveled around for a bit doing homestay at friend's houses, then I settled in Tokyo for almost one month. I got to know myself more, and I had the possibility to see how I alone affect the people and the space around me. It's been a life changing experience for me, I've met many inspiring people and I understood better what I really want to do in my life. I don't want to settle now, I want to continue having always new experiences and never settle.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied art (painting) and worked in the art field for a few years. I'm currently studying languages at university and I have many hobbies including studying Japanese Kabuki dance. I'm always trying to improve myself and learn new things. I try to learn something new everyday!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking, walking around, getting tired and exchanging knowledge and experience.
Sometimes I can't host, but even if I can't, I would love to meet up and help you discover the place where I live. In my trips I've always been helped a lot by locals, and I would love to follow that example. I'm fulfilled by gratitude!
