Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live life with compassion and gratitude, be open to adventures, make new friends, keep old ones dear.
ABOUT ME
I recently moved to Bogota, Colombia and have lived and worked 18 years overseas in the foreign service, moving from country to country. I've traveled to about 80 countries. I really enjoy living abroad or visiting for a longer period of time, to get to know the people and the culture.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm vegan (strict vegetarian) and try my best to respect all living things. I respect that everyone has their own philosophy about how to interact with the world around us.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was a member of SERVAS for 20 years, similar to couchsurfing, and am so thankful for such an opportunity to share hospitality, stories and life.
Interests
I love to bike, run, hike, explore new places, be in the outdoors. I compete in triathlons and practice yoga.
