About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel as much as I can

ABOUT ME

Helping others smile always makes me feel good. I am a wee bit extroverted and a little bit strange at times. I don't embarrass easily. Love to meet new people. Want to travel everywhere and see everything. I like to feed ducks. Often sit by rivers when I can and have conversations with them (the ducks I mean, although I do occasionally converse with the rivers also). They haven't started talking back yet sadly. I play in leaves, jump in puddles and walk along fences.

PHILOSOPHY

Live my life and I want to learn to understand the world and its inhabitants. I love to travel and meet people from different backgrounds. I enjoy life to the fullest and like to have fun. And explore this universe, share experiences and help grow and evolve along the way. Focus diligently on each's respective journey. The process has to be fun and savored.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I know there are too many travelers and surfers in Roma, and I know it's not easy to find a host here, so I'll try my best to help you as much as possible. Just no doubt about it! :)

Interests

Reading, teaching, sports, cooking, I love to travel, particularly to remote and less visited places. I love to learn about different cultures and languages and am fascinated by History.
I have also begun collecting world coins on my travels which are a nice memento. I also dance and enjoy photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite author is James Barclay, who I got to meet. I flew all the way to England from Italy to meet him at a fantasy convention, and that was the reason for my first trip to uk. I'm on a personal mission to read heaps of "classic" novels, I've read a few now.
My favourite guitarist is Stevie Ray Vaughan, but the spot is basically shared with Jimi Hendrix, who is a bit of a cliche for "favorite guitarist" but there's no denying his genius! I also really like Jack White, and John Mayer. Some of my friends hate on John Mayer, he did make some crap pop music to start his career, but now that he's got money and fame, he just makes music that he wants to make and it's good, and heaps of my other favourite musicians, including B.B. King, and Eric Clapton think so as well.
My favourite movie ever is Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Other classic movies include The Shawshank Redemption (of course!), Forrest Gump, Blues Brothers, The Big Lebowski, Walk Hard, The Quest and so much more I can't think of at the present time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
