Hello, this is Moni, a travelholic who's been traveling the world since Oct 2014.

I have a facebook page that's recording everything happened in the trip, I write especially about the people I met, because I'd like to let more people know that "there are no strangers, only friends you haven't met".

After working for 2.5 years in Beijing, I decided to take some time off to relax and see the world. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty taught me how we should pursuit our dreams and can't just live in the "routine". Therefore I started this grand adventure. Looking forward to meeting you :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling isn't about the landmarks and beautiful scenery anymore. It's about the people. Couchsurfing is now the most important element in our travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I had a van/food truck called "Kurumakuru", it means "the car is coming" in Japanese. I used to drive around Taipei city and were selling crepes, drinks, bagels and sometimes desserts.

- My host in Stirling, Scotland took me dumpster diving the first time!!

- Hitchhiking in Europe and South America

- Hitchhiking to Machu Picchu!!!

- Hitchhiking & Couchsurfing 2 months in Iceland.
