One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once upon a time, I visited with my boyfriend my friend who was studying in Glasgow, Scotland. We went on a trip to the Isle of Arran. As my bf is a beer geek, we had to go to the local brewery. The owner was so kind, that we went with him to the local pub. My bf loves to talk about craft beers so instead of drinking, he was talking. When we finally went out of the pub, it was really late and the last ferry was leaving soon. I was wearing Martens, my feet were dying and we had to run. Fortunately, we didn't make it, and a manager from the brewery helped us. We spent a night in an old house that had red majestic carpet all over the house and extension part of the house just for the staff. In the house, there was a lot of musical instruments and a chess board that looked like from Harry Potter. It was a little bit creepy because the house was huge. In the morning I saw a beautiful view of the sea and I heard birds singing. Firstly I was mad that we will spend a night in a foreign country with no place to stay but in the end it is a little bit of "You Only Live Once" experience and I am glad that it happened.
