Since 20th July to 2nd September i'll be abroad !!!!

I think that life is a gift for what we should be gratefull, grow up peacefully with other people and animals and develop ourselves.
For me life is a process. Anyone can live here and now, always in present. The future and the past exist only in thoughts. It's not that sipmly how sounds, but i'm trying :)

Knowledge, sharing experiences and knowing people makes me happier and richer inside.
Psychology, psychoterapist and contact with other people allow me to understand a lot of states of mind and see through different perspectives. Latest i'm interesting in work with body, mindfullness and dance in 5 rythms. Maybe you can hear about it?

Since 10 years i'm taking photos. Digital camera bored me, so i'm using analog camera. Thanks photography i look deeper than could by eyes (i mean by macro lens).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that's the best way to know people and find out about the cities from locals. CS makes that it's natural and simply :) I've traveled 3 times with CS - twice with my bestfriend to Poznań and Berlin, and third time alone to Krakau. I have only good impressions from the journeys!

Interests

I'm interesting in travel, psychology, music, movies, photography. Since 1,5 year i'm learning polish sign language, what is revelatory for me and makes my body language more bold :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music
I listen almost every kind of music (without polish disco!!!), but the favourite one is rock, nu-metal and jazz like Pearl Jam, Tool, The Doors, Bonobo, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, The Killimajaro dark jazz, Miles Davis, Hey.
In July i'm going to concert of Pearl Jam. I'm very excited!

Movies
Movies which i like the most are directed by Haneke, Jarmusch and Vinterberg.
Aside from this directors i like movies: Gravity, The curious case of Benjamin Button, The broken circle breakdown, Awakenings, Marina Abramovic: the artist is present, Her.

Books
Most often i read psychology books - psychoterapist stories or biography.
My favourite authors are Irvin Yalom and Erich Fromm.
Latest i experience workt of Bucay, Rogers and Lowen.
I think that Murakami, Olga Tokarczuk and Oliver Sacks are writing interesting - especially the last guy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made two of my dreams come true. I've sailing in Norway - in the place, where I've always want to see!
And second dream - I flew with paragliding. It was sooo amazing to be 900 m above ground :) I recommend it everyone!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you cooking vegetarian dishes, making hummus or thai food with red curry and coconut milk if you like spicy tastes (i like!).

I can also teach you sign language :)
