About Me

ABOUT ME

I study French language and culture which is my great passion. I love reading, I'm especially fond of XIX century litterature. I love sightseeing, visting historic places and museums fascinates me and makes me think about our past. But I also like simple things- meeting firends, spending time with people and laugh a lot. Little moments of joy make our lifes better.

PHILOSOPHY

Live slow, stay simple.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've already had two couchsurfing experiences, in London, UK and in Vilnius, Lithuania. It was absolutely awesome! And once you start travelling on couchsurfing, you can't stop, isn't it?! Booking a room in a hotel seems so boring now :) So I definetely want to continue my couchsufring experience, as I love the idea of meeting new people and sharing some great moments with them!

Interests

Traductology: It sounds a bit strange but it's true - I study traductology and I specialize in polish-french/french-polish translation. And I absolutely love it! Hope one day I'll work as a professional translator in a publishing house. Translating litterature is just big fun for me :)

Theatre: I'm not an actress and I don't know much about theatre's history, I just love to see a good play from time to time - it's probably one of my favourite forms of spending my free time. I simply love the magic of this place !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the age of 22 I decided to join an amateur dramatic society. And just two weeks later, I gave a little performance in the cafe of our local theatre, which was pretty amazing! I've never thought I could really do that, but it was great!

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to learn some nice phrases in Polish, I'm a right person to teach you :P

Like most of people, I love to talk and share experiences - I think this is the best part of couchsurfing :)
