I'm residing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but I'm originally from Jamaica. I was introduced to couch surfing (in theory) by a successful couch surfer. I liked the idea a lot so I joined the site. I have not stayed with anyone as yet, but I hope to do so when I start traveling.

3. Forgive others, even without their apology.

4. Find sometime to volunteer. Even 30 minutes per month is good.

5. Participate in at least one 5k race. The funds go to charity and you get instant gratification for finishing the race.

6. Love others and do good.

7. Sharing is caring.

8. Gratitude changes everything.

9. Write down your goals, then do them.

10. Believe things will get better, it does.
