CURRENT MISSION

I love to travel and I find that experiencing new cultures is best done when you leave the guidebook at home. I would be more than happy if someone were kind enough to introduce me to the treasures of their hometowns!

ABOUT ME

I'm really tiny, but I make up for it by talking a lot, and laughing really loudly. I love to read or watch tv for hours on end, and I really enjoy spirited conversation. I love all kinds of animals, but don't have any of my own. I like to cook, and I especially enjoy eating good food. I like good beer and good wine and its even better with good company. Sometimes I like to take quiet walks in the middle of the night to think, and watch the stars. I don't always agree with other people, but I will always hear what you have to say. I'm happiest with a camera, or paintbrush in hand, or when I get to see something new and spectacular. Which is really why I'm here; I'd like to explore new cities and see new countries and experience the things that aren't always in the guidebook.

兴趣

I am a huge history nerd, focusing on classical Rome and British and European prehistory. I used to go to school for art specializing in Photography and Painting.
I'm really into soccer, my favorite team is Italy's AC Milan and I am more than happy arguing the finer points of Italian style of play.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The best day of my life was probably hiking Wadi Mujib in Jordan. You have to hike against the river current, which is so refreshing - even on the hottest day in July - and the water doesn't get deeper then halfway up your leg. You have to climb up mini waterfalls until you get to the end of the hike at a huge waterfall, at least 100 feet high. There, you can go behind the falls, or relax in the river and have floating races. On the way back down the smaller waterfalls act like slides and you can just float back the rest of the way. I was a beautiful day and I had the time of my life. I can't wait to go back one day.
