ABOUT ME

I am a 38yr old guy living on the coast with my partner, baby and dog. I used to be a big traveller but that has pretty much disappeared down since having a child! I love the outdoors and get out hiking, paddleboarding etc whenever Zi can.

I work in Visual Effects on films, which I love, but I spend far too long on a computer as a result! I need the outdoors in my life as much as possible.

I have lived in Mexico and Spain, and worked in Costa Rica and a few other countries. My Spanish is a little rubbish now but I can hold a good conversation. My French used to be good now it has disappeared (but I do understand quite a bit). I lived in London off and on for 10 yrs until I moved down to Bournemouth in 2017 (but originally from the centre of England in the country)... Love meeting people from all over the world, live music and comedy, the outdoor, wildlife, and the sea!

Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new

Live like you'll die tomorrow, dream like you will live forever... (not exactly my personal philosophy but I like it anyway..)

I performed at the opening ceremony of the Olympics in 2012!

I was one of 4 leaders on an expedition to the Amazon in 2006. We took 43 teenagers to study the biodiversity of one part of the forest. The hardest thing about it wasnt the harsh environment, it was tryign to control the hormonal students! hah
