ABOUT ME

I am from Chicago, the best city in the world, and currently live in Bozeman, MT the most beautiful state in the U.S. I work for Glacier National Park during spring/summer and go xc skiing during winter. I love the outdoors, sports, music, books, board games, and movies.

PHILOSOPHY

Our time on this planet is precious, and I want to make the most of it while I can. We have to decide what to do with the time that is given to us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't had the chance to host anybody yet, but I love to show friends/family around my home. That goes for CouchSurfers as well. It is very important to me that my guests are treated kindly, and shown a good time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I am fairly new to CS, I have had experience in staying with other people/families through WarmShowers.org. This is a website for touring cyclists, and in 2010 I cycled from Chicago to Maine to Boston. Along the way I stayed with various people and couldn't have had a better time. It is great to see that people from all over can be trusting and kind to one another. I used CS when I went to Turkey and Ukraine, and both times I met and stayed with some of the most amazing people, which were definitely the highlights of my trip. I am forever grateful to them, and I would love to pay it forward here in the states.
