ABOUT ME

a 62 year old nurse who, in the last 3 years has been a nanny, peace corps volunteer and currently learning to recovery from a tramatic brain injury. a guy who at this tender age. is as unsure of my furture plans as i was at 25. i have a desire to live in a way that is respectful of the earth and all who inhabit it my with the exception of squirrels and a few other rodents...current intrest is resourse recovery , Humanure and organic farming

兴趣

discovering the joy and magic of this planet and the people i have the pleasure of sharing it with weather for a few moments , days or years. i spend my time trying to keep stuff out of the land fills and to turn trash into cash or at least get it to make a few more trips of usefullness before the end of the road.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

a year of hitch - hiking and riding fright trains around the US . have not recovered after 30 years. i suppose living in Kenya and seeing that water is some thing that we in the west really don't have any idea what the rest of the world has to deal with.... have not owned a car since my return... beaten unconcious the streets of Nairobi , and not only survived but have come to see it as one of the many blessings in my life.
